Message Delivery Issues

When Submitting a Request, Please Include:

  1. CSP ID: Your Customer Service Provider Identification. (Expected format: CSP#######). This can be found in the ContextSMS Portal under the User Menu in the top right hand corner.
  2. Enterprise ID: If applicable, your Enterprise Identification. (Expected format: E#######). This can be found in the ContextSMS Portal in the URL path.
  3. Mapping Information: Provide the associated E-mail address and phone number.
  4. Message Details: Include details like the ‘From’ number, ‘To’ number, and Timestamp of your query or issue.
  5. Error Message: Any error message you are receiving.
  6. Frequency of the Issue: How often is this happening?
  7. Prior Troubleshooting: What troubleshooting steps have already been taken and what were the results?
  8. New or Existing User: Is this a new user or an existing user that now has an issue?
  9. Logs/Screenshots: Attach any relevant logs or screenshots that might help in diagnosing the issue.
